CR10 and Justseeds prison portfolio project

To celebrate 10 years of Critical Resistance, many will converge , September 26-28, 2008, in Oakland, California, for CR10, a 10th Anniversary Celebration and Strategy Session.

In alignment with this conference our good friends at Justseeds Radical Artists Cooperative organized 10 artists from their collective with 10 artist allies in the US, Canada and Mexico to create a portfolio of prints.  Each  artists designed a postet that either critiqued or addressed alternatives to the prison-industrial complex. Every artist was tasked with making 100 copies of their posters so that 100 portfolios could be made by the collective.
